Background
My name is David Johnston and I have been a licensed realtor for 12 years. Prior to Real Estate, I was a Senior Vice President at Wachovia Mortgage. I am very well versed in mortgage, interest rates, underwriting and property appraisal which assists me greatly representing buyers and sellers.
While I am open to all areas of Houston, I am most familiar with the Bay Area/League City/Friendswood region. In fact, my favorite part of the area is Clear Lake, where there is abundant boating, restaurant and entertainment options.
To be successful in real estate, I believe on focusing on the customer and their needs. Real estate is a “right now” business and I understand the urgency of action and communication. I make it a point to stay on top of market conditions so that I can become the real estate advisor my clients should expect of me.
