About Janet

Janet Sher is a licensed Realtor since 2017, with professional designations such as ABR, CHLMS, CMOE, CNE, and GRI. She has been a yearly comapny top producer consecutively for the past five years. Janet is a native Texan who grew up in Nederland and moved to Houston in 1981. She enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and is known for being a good listener, going above and beyond to help, and telling it like it is. Janet treats clients the way she would want to be treated and is very helpful, explaining every aspect of the transaction.

With experience in the service industry, Janet has a better understanding of her clients’ needs and is caring, passionate, and efficient. Janet’s educational background includes attending radiology technician school and real estate school in 2017. She finds joy in pursuing new real estate designations and continuing education classes.

Janet enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, three children, two of whom live in and around the Houston area, and one in Oklahoma, and her three granddaughters. Janet’s hobbies include reading, traveling, playing with her dogs, and spending time with her grandchildren and all their activities.

Janet is a member of charitable and civic organizations such as WCR, HAR, TAR, and NAR. Janet’s greatest influence in life is her parents, who instilled in her work ethics and caring for others.
