A proud Texan by choice, Lisa Smith brings a unique blend of executive-level business experience, professional sales expertise, and genuine care for her clients.
Before beginning her real estate career, Lisa spent 22 years with Shell Oil Company, including serving as Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Shell Chemicals. Working at the highest levels of a global organization sharpened her skills in communication, organization, problem-solving, and client service - qualities that now help her guide buyers and sellers through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
Prior to Shell, Lisa built her career in sales as an outside sales representative for Philip Morris and later as a City Sales Representative for Random House Publishing. These experiences taught her the value of strong relationships, effective negotiation, and exceptional customer service.
As one half of "Mrs. & Mr. Smith, Realtors," Lisa and her husband Howard are committed to providing a personalized, relationship-focused approach to real estate. Their goal is simple: to educate, guide, and advocate for their clients while delivering a smooth and positive experience from contract to closing.
Having moved numerous times throughout her life before untimately settling in Texas, Lisa understands both the excitement and challenges that come with buying and selling a home. Her firsthand experience allows her to empathize with clients and provide the patience, communication, and support they need throughout the process.
Beyond real estate, Lisa is a dedicated community volunteer and Lifetime Committeeman with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Over more than two decades of service, including leadership roles as a committee Vice Chairman, she has built lifelong relationships while helping thousands of visitors navigate one of Houston's most beloved traditions.
